This is banking on another level.
While other banks are struggling to keep up with the new Naira policy, their server is turning on e own, STERLING Bank called me on video and resolved all my account issues from inside my sitting room.
I have;
– 3 accounts with Zenith Bank, (Zenith bank illegally got me arrested in 2019 but that is story for another day)
– 3 accounts in First bank
– 3 accounts in UBA
– 2 Accounts in access bank
– GTB abi GTCO is my most active account.
But none of them rate me 😂😅😃. Well i will make sure i close all of them.
Sterling Bank! I am coming with full force and i am rooting for you.
During this cbn naira crisis, I learnt their transfers were going through seamlessly. I am sorry for abandoning you for too long. But the Benin branch in Akpapava showed me shègè last year sha. 🤣🤣🤣 Shulai change my mind ? Hmmmmm

Anyway, if you are a business owner, this is a take home lesson. Take your customer care seriously, jump on the latest tech trends. Don’t sleep.
If Sterling bank can do this, why not INEC, why not our government parastatals.
